- Priority access to our support hotline for time-sensitive problems, like a suspicious email or a phone that's stopped working. Call us, and one of our technicians will call you back ahead of regular requests.

What you'll never pay for
- Travel time to your home
- Extra time you didn't agree to. If a visit needs more than 90 minutes, our tech will always discuss options with you before proceeding.

- A visit you weren't happy with. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Paying
We accept checks or credit cards at the time of service. We'll never ask you to pay by gift card or wire transfer.
Changing your appointment
Need to reschedule? Just call us as soon as you can. There’s no fee.
Buying for someone else?
Family members can book and pay for a visit or a Concierge Plan on a loved one's behalf.
