Technician
Walt brings over two decades of IT support experience, including many years with the San Diego Fire Department and other hands-on support assignments in corporate settings. What he enjoys most is solving everyday technology problems and making technology easier to understand.
Audrika
Technician
Audrika’s background spans cybersecurity, website and online sales support, customer service and data science. She especially enjoys helping clients stay safe online, making devices easier to see and use, and getting photos and files organized. Away from work, she’s a photographer and artist, and also loves to hike.

Technician
Tivon brings IT support experience and more than a decade of public-safety experience to House Call Tech. He makes technology simple, reliable and secure, and he’s known for clear, patient guidance, especially for seniors learning smartphones, apps and new digital tools. He also mentors young people starting careers in technology. Off the clock, you’ll find him on the pickleball court.

Free talks at senior centers, libraries and communities
We regularly give free talks on topics like spotting online scams and getting the most out of your smartphone. If your community center, library, church or residence would like to host one, get in touch.
