About the work
- Visiting older adults in their homes across the DMV area
- Helping with computers, phones, tablets, printers, TVs, online safety and more
- Flexible hours: you choose the times that work for you, including evenings and weekends
- Paid per visit
- Each client is matched with the technician best suited to help
- A small, family-owned team that values patience as much as skill
What we look for
- Patience and empathy. You enjoy explaining technology in plain English, without jargon
- Extensive hands-on tech experience
- Ideally an IT certification or a bachelor's degree in a related field
- A car and a valid driver's license
- A smartphone
- Ability to pass a background check
